1. These Terms

These Terms of Service govern product listings, order submission, acceptance, fulfillment, delivery support, returns, refunds, and related customer service provided through the OAKSELIAHOME™ store. The separate Terms of Use govern browsing, accounts, website tools, user submissions, and technical access.

By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow the customer to waive.

2. Store Identity and Records

Shenzhen Bedco Technology Co., Ltd. operates OAKSELIAHOME™. The company identity at the beginning of these Terms is the authoritative operator record for this store. Customers should report any inconsistent operator, address, representative, or contact detail found elsewhere on the website.

Store communications and order records may be kept in electronic form. Customers may retain copies of the product page, confirmation, shipping notice, and policies that apply to their transaction.

3. Product Descriptions

We aim to identify the product, set quantity, selected variant, dimensions or capacity where supplied, intended use, and relevant limitations. Styled images can contain objects not included in the order. Transparent materials may look different under different lighting and screen conditions.

A product-specific instruction takes priority over general editorial or styling text. Customers must not assume unsupported temperature resistance, appliance compatibility, material composition, certification, or performance. Ask for clarification before submitting an order when a specification is essential.

4. Prices, Availability, and Offers

The current item price and applicable offer conditions are displayed through the store interface. A comparison, set value, promotional period, or scarcity statement should represent a real condition. The store may correct an obvious typographical or data-sync error before acceptance and will notify the affected customer rather than conceal the correction.

Availability can change because of simultaneous orders, inventory reconciliation, inspection findings, or supplier updates. Placement in a cart does not create an indefinite reservation. If the selected item cannot be supplied, we may decline or cancel the affected item and provide the corresponding order resolution.

5. Submission and Acceptance

An order submission is a request for the selected goods using the information provided. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not always constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the store confirms fulfillment or dispatch, subject to applicable law.

We may decline or cancel for a genuine reason, including unavailable inventory, an obvious listing error, an undeliverable address, duplicate submission, suspected fraud, legal restriction, or a security concern. We will not use this right to discriminate unlawfully or avoid a mandatory consumer remedy.

6. Customer Information

The customer must provide accurate recipient, contact, and delivery information and should review the confirmation promptly. A requested correction will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed after preparation or carrier processing begins.

Customer-care messages should contain only information needed for the request. Passwords, complete government identifiers, medical records, biometric data, full financial credentials, and another person’s private information must not be submitted through ordinary support channels.

7. Fulfillment and Transportation

Normal transportation is estimated at 5–7 calendar days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains when the estimate begins, tracking, address responsibility, carrier delay, customs review, split parcels, damage, unsuccessful delivery, and lost-parcel investigation.

Delivery estimates are not fixed appointments. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material issues known to us and will provide remedies required by applicable law, but we cannot control weather, government review, carrier networks, or an incorrect customer-provided address.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be sent promptly with the order reference and exact requested action. A request does not automatically suspend preparation. If carrier acceptance has already occurred, the customer may need to receive the parcel and use the Return Policy.

Refusing delivery without instruction can lead to delay or carrier cost and does not automatically create an approved refund. A returned parcel must be identified and reviewed before a final outcome is confirmed.

9. Returns and Refunds

An eligible return request may be opened within 60 calendar days after confirmed delivery. The Return Policy describes condition standards, evidence, authorization, safe packaging, routing, transportation responsibility, inspection, exchanges, and mandatory rights.

After OAKSELIAHOME™ approves and issues a refund, the usual posting period is 7–10 business days through the original order channel. The posting period begins after issuance, not at the first return message or the return parcel’s dispatch date.

10. Customer-Care Review

A complete after-sales inquiry is normally reviewed within three business days. The first response may request necessary evidence or confirm that an external investigation is open. The customer should preserve the product, packaging, shipping label, and relevant correspondence until the case concludes.

11. Fair Transaction Conduct

The store must not use false urgency, hidden conditions, fabricated endorsements, misleading product images, or offers that do not match the landing page. Customers must not use false identities, stolen credentials, altered tracking, substituted return goods, fabricated damage, abusive automation, or another unlawful method.

We may pause an order or case while reviewing credible evidence of fraud or security risk. A review will be limited to a legitimate purpose and will not remove non-waivable rights.

12. Intellectual Property

OAKSELIAHOME™ branding, original photographs, graphics, product text, page arrangements, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. An order does not transfer ownership of that content or grant permission to use it in a counterfeit listing, deceptive advertisement, confusing domain, or unauthorized social account.

Third-party names, tools, and content remain the property of their respective owners. A rights complaint should identify the protected work, exact location, basis of authority, and requested action.

13. Third-Party Operations

The store may rely on external providers for hosting, communications, fraud prevention, fulfillment, transportation, consent management, analytics, and advertising measurement. Their role does not authorize the store to misstate responsibility or ignore applicable rights.

External interruptions can affect a feature or timeline. Where the store remains responsible for a required action, reliance on a provider does not remove that responsibility.

14. Product Use and Safety

Customers must follow item-specific care and use instructions. Stop using glassware that is cracked, chipped, or damaged. Keep sharp fragments away from children and animals and follow safe disposal guidance where appropriate.

General descriptions do not create a promise that every glass product supports the same temperature, appliance, food-storage, or cleaning conditions. Misuse, unauthorized modification, or exposure beyond the documented limits may affect available remedies except where law provides otherwise.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the store and its technical features are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted website access, error-free technology, or that a style will meet every subjective preference. Express product commitments and mandatory legal guarantees remain applicable.

No general kitchen or care text on the site is professional medical, engineering, or safety advice. Use the product-specific record and qualified guidance where a specialized decision is required.

16. Liability Boundaries

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, unauthorized alteration, avoidable address error, unlawful customer conduct, or an event outside reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent law permits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or another protected matter. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over a conflicting clause.

17. Events Outside Reasonable Control

A party is not responsible for delay caused by a natural disaster, public emergency, conflict, government action, carrier network failure, widespread cyber incident, utility outage, or similar event outside reasonable control when reasonable mitigation is used. This section does not remove the duty to communicate or provide a remedy required by law.

18. Governing Principles and Disputes

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the operator at its registered location, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to that consumer. A customer should first send a clear written complaint with the order reference and requested outcome so the matter can be reviewed.

If informal review does not resolve the issue, either party may use a court, regulator, or dispute process with lawful authority. These Terms do not require a customer to surrender a right that cannot legally be waived.

19. Changes, Severability, and Waiver

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, security, provider, or product changes. The revised effective date will be shown. A revision does not silently remove rights already attached to an accepted order unless applicable law allows that result.

If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to the extent possible. A decision not to enforce a clause on one occasion is not a permanent waiver.

20. Service Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to service@oakseliahome.com. Transaction-specific questions should include the order reference and should not include unrelated sensitive information.
